I bought an used iphone from this place. It was affordable price and they gave me free case and screen protectors. And also they gave me 90 days warranty. After couple days i had a problem with the phone they replaced it for free. Great workers and professional service. Thank you for Turan
I had my iPad screen repaired here. There were some issues with the replacement screen, but the warranty was honored. Owner genuinely makes an effort to ensure customer satisfaction.
I had my screen repaired but wasn't satisfied with the quality of the replacement screen. The guy told me I have 3 months warranty, but I thought that only applied to if the replacement screen stopped working. The guy reached out and said he'd work with me on a solution.
I let him know of my dissatisfaction of the quality of the third party screen and he was transparent with what it would cost to replace with an OEM. He was genuine in satisfying me as a customer and so we agreed on reverting back to my broken screen and a refund. Top notch customer service and transparency in pricing.
