“From start to finish, my experience with Ciel Power was great! It began with an energy audit, which was done professionally and the gentleman who came to my house was nice enough to work around contractors rebuilding a staircase, cats, and my 3 year old wreaking havoc!I then had a phone call scheduled with Mason to go over the results of the audit and his proposal for improvements. Let me tell you... I hate a hard sell, and I typically hate these types of phone calls because of the pressure they put on me to make a decision. This phone call was nothing like that- Mason was friendly, informative, patient, and most importantly, not at all pushy. He laid out all the information, answered all of my questions, and helped me understand every step.I also subjected him to countless questions through emails and follow up calls, as I hemmed and hawed over getting the work done, and finally I ended up going with everything proposed, including insulation blow into all wall cavities, air sealing, and insulating the knee walls and floors in my attic. Mason was a saint through everything and all of the workers who came were also very helpful and professional.My attic is now amazingly cool even on a hot day, warm on cold days, and the house no longer feels drafty. I'm very glad we got the work done, especially since it only ended up being a small fee out of pocket, and the rest will come out of our PSEG bill over the next 15 years. I expect to save a good amount on heating and cooling costs, and I'm also just thrilled to have a more comfortable household, so it was well worth it!“

“Just had an emergency gas leak detection service with them on a Sunday and couldn’t recommend this company more. I had been trying all day Saturday to get other companies out to my location but everyone kept ghosting me after the initial call. I found Sideris Plumbing on google and I will say that it might be a higher price than the other services (which by the way never showed up) so after all you get what you pay for. Excellent service, great customer support, and most importantly a very prompt response. They had someone to my location within 2hrs. “I noticed that the inside of my AC was filthy and had never noticed anything like it in the past, with any AC. I did a search on Yelp and I went with MainDuct bc Roman, who I spoke with, was incredible - he answered all my questions (I ask a lot of questions) and explained how they work. I was able to get an appt for 2 days later. The two men were incredibly thorough and spent about an hour and a half cleaning my AC, and cleaned it perfectly. I highly recommend MainDuct.“

“Alen to the rescue once again! He installed my ACs a couple years ago, and then a replacement earlier again this year. And then MY MOM, who was impressed by my plexiglass installs, needed 3 window units installed in HER apartment said "give me the guy you used" and guess who came through with a fantabulous price yesterday, SAME DAY, mere HOURS after she called him for the appointment, IN THE MIDDLE OF A NYC JULY HEAT WAVE? And he even arrived early for the appointment! You will not find better pricing, service, friendliness, and expertise than these guys, so if you're reading my review and still putting together your list of options, you've already found it; I've done the research for you. My mom absolutely loved the fact that he cleaned up everything after; no piles of grungey built-up debris, papers or anything left after and surfaces wiped down thoroughly. And the magical wizardry of the plexiglass option; you can barely tell it's there. It's so much nicer looking than the accordions that come with the AC or dull metal paneling, and makes the area look spacious and of course, a better view. Alen removed her 3 existing units (that had been in those windows, non-functioning, FOR 24 YEARS) and installed her 3 new ones in their place, and like a gentleman he'll even take care of unboxing the new units if you're a lady cause these things are heavy to lift. ;)My mom was so impressed she had to give him a hug at the end of all his hard work lol and we will both continue to recommend him to everybody that we know. He knows what he's doing!“
