I recommend Cindy! They are great at creating the celebrity-like wavy perm I wanted, not out of style, but very sophisticated. Once permed, it seems to last for almost 6 months. You do a nice perm.
I also got my wedding hair permed here first. The person doing wedding makeup said that it was rare to see someone with natural hair like this in decades of wedding work. He said he would recommend this hair salon to wedding guests!

I usually go to Jersey curl for my haircuts and coloring and when I got engaged I wondered if they also did weddings. They do!! They connected me with Vida and Wendy who were the power team before and on the day of my wedding. I had a trial where I showed Vida some pictures and she very closely aligned with what I was looking for. She guided me with the appropriate hair accessories to buy to enhance the look and asked my thoughts throughout the entire trial process. On the day of the wedding they were there super on time! They brought in their supplies and went to work right away. They kept me so calm with their warming and nurturing energy and reassure me that all was going to turn out as planned.
