“Tara is a total master of her craft! I’ve had services and so has my husband! My most recent service was the lip blushing. I went with the sheerest option possible because i wasn’t sure how i would feel about it but boy does Tara know her stuff! She helped me choose the shade and explained why it was the better option based on what would compliment my natural skin tones. I AM IN LOVE. The shade is perfect, and the SHAPE. Omg the shape. I never knew where to line my lips when wearing lipstick and now i don’t have to worry about it. She did such a beautiful job. The shade definitely lightened up a few weeks after the service (which Tara informed me they’re always darker than the final healed result) so i was expecting that it hey would and also just like she said “you’re going to want to come back and get it darker trust me” she really listens to what you want and then helps guide you based on her professional opinions also. 20/10 recommend Tara!!!“

I had an older tattoo that I wanted covered up that I knew would be a challenge to fix because it was on my ankle and foot and contained a lot of fine lines. Ernie took this challenge head on and far exceeded my expectations. His artistry is impeccable and his talent unmatched. This was my first session of 2 for the coverup and I’m already so obsessed with the outcome! He explained everything as he went and was extremely personable and reassuring that we would get this piece to exactly where I wanted it. I cannot wait for my second session. “So I ran in today with a horribly swollen helix piercing from a janky tattoo place in North Jersey. Sophie hooked me UP!!! She took such good care of my really bad piercing, and set me up for success. All the good things I’m sure you’ve heard about Convent are totally accurate!!! She gave me a piercing aftercare sheet, and incredible advice. The studio is awesome - totally haunted (I got to see some cool ghost activity!!). Everything was insanely clean, organized, and 1000% professional. I’ll be coming back for the rest of my piercings I hope to get :)“

“I've been to see Paula for piercings twice now, and I adore her. She is incredibly professional, very patient, and very personable. I will always return to her for future piercings.

I had her do a second lobe piercing on one ear, she reopened my first lobe piercings on both ears, and has done a conch for me in one ear. I've attempted to have a conch done twice before in the past, both times resulting in large piercing bumps, irritation, and healing so poorly they had to be removed. It's been about 2.5 months since she pierced it this time (and changed the placement from where it was previously for better healing), and I have had no issues. I've never had piercings heal as well as when I've had her do them. I'm also a little spontaneous when I decide I want a piercing, and she's been able to accommodate my impulsive timing each time!

“I highly recommend Rick. For context this was my first tattoo (but thought about for the past year) on my inner left forearm. I reached out via his email and he immediately responded and we send some ideas via text with picture ideas. I wanted a family theme and he was so patient and after the final picture I went in. I was def nervous but he was great. We talked for the 1.5 hrs it took and the end result far exceeded my expectation!“
