“I want to add to my review from last year. Today, Michael and Jacob came to inspect my HVAC system. Mike found a leaky valve that was letting gas escape into my apartment. He was able to replace it immediately. He also gave me information about the stability of my very old system. With explanations that I didn't know to ask for and answers to all the questions I did ask, it's time to update it. I'm grateful for their thorough attention.

This is my response to service I recieved last year.
The service I had from the Stallion team, Nick and Shawn, was thorough and for the first time identified the reason I have so much dust in my apartment. The remedy will not be complicated and my equipment will be cleaned afterward. The support office staff at Stallion, Tammy and Amy, are efficient and very helpful about setting up my service appointments. I appreciate all the alerts by text that identify the team coming to work on my equipment and identify their arrival time.“

“Roto Rooter came out to my house after the toilet when flushed was leaking into the basement. First a supervisor responded to ensure the tech would be able to handle the job. He took a Quick Look in the basement and said what it likely was. A technician followed about 20 minutes later and let me tell you this guy was exceptional. Lenny Colon reiterated what the supervisor said, and quickly took care of the problem. Left some recommendations for the future and thanked me for my military service. Not only will I use Roto-Rooter again but I will personally request Lenny.“

“EDITED TO ADD: When I posted this, the company was Campbell Comfort Systems. It has since been bought out by Hutchinson. I have no idea how Hutchinson conducts business. This is not an endorsement of Hutchinson, but of a company that no longer exists.
Tech was professional and friendly, explaining what services he performed – even did some extra research on the brand of system he was unfamiliar with to explain things to me.“

“Rob R. was very helpful and knowledgable. He found issues that were outside the scope of the service call, which could have been MUCH worse if not caught in time. Grateful for the team of plumbers that came out to help resolve the issues. Anyzek is the best.“

“Needed new water lines run for a kitchen remodel. Greater Works Plumbing did all the work neatly and passed inspection on the first go. They even swept up after themselves. Good to see a contractor that actually cares about leaving your home clean. Will hire them again.“

“Today we had Nick come and diagnose a leak we had from the upstairs bathroom into our downstairs bathroom. Nick knew what the problem was immediately. He went right to work. Not leaving estimates or double talk. He finished repairing the problem quickly. Nick asked if we needed anything else. We did. Again, he had the proper part in his van and fixed the other problem we had.
Nick is a the most professional service person I have ever met and is a credit to your company. We have never used anyone else for our plumbing service but Dormans.

A technician (Tashaun, who was great and very knowledgeable) was at my door within 15 minutes to assess the situation. He even ended up addressing the issue on the spot. I do recommend their services from my experiences.“

“I called Pipeline for a clogged sewer at the curb of my parents home in Aston. I was able to setup an appointment for the next day at 10am. The Tech (Derrick) arrived and popped the lid off the vent and determined the lateral line needed a Jet cleaning. Derrick went to work and within 45-minutes the clog was eliminated.
