I finally found the place! This place is amazing! The trainers are present throughout the entire workout. Donna and James are incredibly helpful if there is a form that is not properly done.The music and energy are all perfect! I feel amazing after my 3rd week! I lost 3 lbs. and I'm not on a diet! Yay for me! I'm in love with F45 Training!

If you are debating doing a trial class, do it! I instantly loved it. I’ve never been consistent with any workout and I genuinely get bummed if I forget to sign up early and the class time I want is full.I love how each class is different and truly you can do anything for a minute or less! So for me it keeps me interested and it pushes me to complete them. The trainers are fantastic and Sumit, the owner has been very welcoming and encouraging.Sign up now! (Or don’t because then my class time may be full ?)
