It was efficient and done promptly. 1) The knowledge and execution of water that needed to be expelled. 2) Taking pictures from start to finish. 3) The fans are a part of their equipment and solutions to stop the mold. 4) Helpful collection by the crew to go through all of my water-damaged material with me and dispose of it all. I was provided with a Restoration Report that details each aspect of the process. The storefront is very nice and Bob was so helpful showing all of the different samples to me and helping me pick a material that would be durable with my dog. Carlos knew exactly how to do my stairs which were more difficult because it turns and also my upstairs hallway which has a lot of turns. Another carpet installer I spoke to said that there was no way I could do a patterned rug because of the turns but it was not an issue at all with S K Hamrah. “Al Kiswani from Service Master Restoration Solutions is an angel. Period! My husband and I suffered major damage to our attic and master bedroom from the rains of Hurricane Henri and then the following week when Ida hit. Our insurance claim adjuster recommended Al as he had used him for work on his house. After Al and I spoke I knew we weren't going to reach out to anybody else. He got to work the next day taking down our ceilings and walls to do water remediation. He and his crew were always on time and Al was always available by call or text. In fact when I called him for an emergency leak at 7pm one evening, he was over an hour later and immediately knew where it was coming from and what to instruct our roofer - above and beyond! He and his crew did such a beautiful rebuild after the water remediation was over. That's another thing, Al is meticulous. Al and his crew made this ordeal for us as seamless as possible. There should be more contractors like Al. He's one of a kind.“
