Customer ServiceFirst I like to say I didn't see a opption to select for phone Customer Services reviews, which there should be one because that's your front door to service. I called today to get my first oil supply before the weather start and spoke with Kathy. She was very pleasent and helpful.She answered all my question about possibly, starting a service plan and sending me information about it. I miss Good customer service....Thanks Kathy for your help. You do a great job of representing Supreme!☺

I called this morning to discuss my budget and my credits. Spoke with Rita in customer service. She was extremely pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. At 65 years old, I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I have ever had with any utility company or any customer service person.
