I went to look for pavers with some idea of what I wanted based on a picture I saw. Alex was super patient, knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to explain the slight difference in items that I was not aware of and didn't rush me along. True customer service at its best. When I came back with my husband, we encountered the same level of professionalism and attentiveness he worked with us to understand exactly how much materials we needed. Expect to wait all day for the delivery as there is no real window, but the customer service was A+.

After digging up a tree in my front yard, I accidentally punctured three of my sprinkler system lines. I called Empire and was told, “I have everything you need!”I arrived at the store and the manager recognized my voice from the phone. Within five minutes I was set up with everything I needed and was given specific instructions on how to fix the punctured lines easily. I returned later to pick up more supplies (turns out I had punctured the lines in two separate places), and the manager was instructing a gentleman on how to build a fountain. If you need anything for your lawn you will find it here, as well as guidance and peace of mind.
