Kevin was absolutely great. My AC crapped out Tues night. Wednesday morning he responded to my text instantly and was at my house within 5 hrs (due to an extremely busy schedule), which is amazing considering it is peak time for AC units failing with the extreme heat waves. His price was very fair. And he also gave me his professional opinion on future thermostat choices; he checked on my filter replacement schedule, and also showed me simple ways to increase efficiency of the AC condenser (which was clogged with tree pollen/debri).
