We needed to pickup an Alfaba Hat (from Wicked) and She went Above and Beyond not only to Locate the Hat but HOLD it for us at The Customer Service Desk even as she was Clocking-Out!!!! We called about an hour ahead and She Graciously answered the Phone as well. Once we saw each other we both JUST KNEW it was us who communicated on the Phone... We Just knew!!!! Karen was sweet, awesome, courteous, and had the most infectious smile :D Kudos to her for answering the phone, picking up our item, and holding it for us....Happy Holidays & Aloha Karen!!!!“

He also took out a small wood retaining wall that was falling over, and put in a new one with block. All the work was timely, and he and his guys worked hard and did a great job. Responded to my call and came out and spent a long time going over my desires. I never felt rushed and it didn't cost me a dime. 2. The follow up before the work was fast. 3. They came out with all the people and equipment they would need and in one day they turned the messy everything around my entire house into beauty. I must have had 16 different rooted messes ripped out and replaced with beautiful greens and flowers. Stone work and mulch. I had all four sides of my house transformed. Price was more than fair for all the work and product, not to mention what they took away.“

“Once again Joe at the Mower Shop bailed me out again. My worker was using my track machine (Stump Grinder) and the track fell off on-site
Joe “once again” dropped everything he was doing to bail me out. I pretty much owe this guy my first child if I ever have a kid, I can’t say enough about how much of a great worker and friend Joe is
And the team at the shop are all extremely courteous and always go above and beyond.
If and when I have to get anything fixed and I do mean anything I don’t even hesitate to go there . If everyone ran business like Joe does this country would definitely be in a better place?????

“This is where we have gotten our Christmas trees for the last couple years. Good variety, a little pricer than some other local places, but a wider selection of heights widths. They also carry more of the other variety of Christmas tree which drops way less if any, needles. They fresh cut, wrap your tree, and tie it down to your roof, so bring a sheet if you want to protect the top.“
