Lauren is a ROCK STAR. You simply don't see the kindness & work ethic like her much anymore. She has the gift of constantly having a smile on her face, knowing everyone & working her butt off. And please trust me, I did a lot of hiring in my career- your staff is great but she's just that rare one.
