So thankful for this great establishment! I’m going here for physical therapy to rehabilitate from a broken ankle. Dr. Toni is empathetic, understanding and patient. She has your best interest at heart and is ensuring I do the work to get back on both feet. She exudes a great balance of love and toughness because with an injury like this it is easy to stay complacent and not push yourself.

I've been going to Trubody for about two months now and love it! The coaches are great and not intimidating at all. The members are really friendly and welcoming. I can see the gradual progress I'm making physically but it's the mental change that made me want to write this review. I struggle with depression and anxiety. I've been so much happier since I started working out at this gym! I had a rough dramatic weekend and woke up extremely depressed. Worse than I've been in a really long time. I had a really busy day and wasn't supposed to make it to a class until the afternoon. I felt so terrible mentally, I knew I had to go. I purchased a massage through Groupon and I'd gladly come back and pay full price. It was incredibly relaxing and the woman who gave me the massage used the perfect amount of pressure and really worked out all of my knots and aches. Definitely recommend.
