Rosario did an amazing job on my hair! After two kids I haven't been able to get my blonde highlighted hair to look healthy, other hair dressers kept blaming it on hormones or my water but after going to Rosario I realized it was more how my hair was being colored. It hasn't turned brassy and he picked a perfect mix of colors for my skin tone. It looks very natural. He is an expert on coloring! Also my haircut is perfect! I have had such a hard time finding someone since moving from NY that knows what they are doing and Rosario is finally someone I will be going back too. My mom is a hair dresser and agrees that he definitely is an expert in hair. We highly recommend Rosario!
