I needed X-rays of my foot at a very busy time of day, and Excel Urgent Care was able to see me in a timely manner. The staff and medical team were very friendly, I received excellent care.
Staff are awesome however even after booking my appointment I had to wait 1.5 hours. Additionally was disappointed in the cleanliness, no paper towels in bathroom, sink rusty, no hot water in bathroom, floors dirty just very unkempt. I’ve been using this Urgent Care for 30 years but I will start going to another if I need on weekend.
I scheduled an appointment pretty effortlessly online and submitted all my information. Place was super clean and I was called in within 15 minutes. I saw the PA and she was efficient and friendly. I was in and out within an hour. Def recommend
