I live in Colorado, so it was really important that I was kept informed and Chris did a great job of keeping me posted. Chris also routinely checked on the property, which I greatly appreciated, given I was selling from a distance. As we got close to closing, there was a snag with an old mortgage. Chris was great during all aspects of the adventure of house hunting - especially because it was our first time buying. He was always willing to answer my one million questions, take us to see houses during times that worked for mine and my husband’s busy work schedules, and was very knowledgeable about each house we saw.
