I closed on the sale of a home in Roxbury Township, NJ in late October. Chris was great to work with! I live in Colorado, so it was really important that I was kept informed and Chris did a great job of keeping me posted. Chris also routinely checked on the property, which I greatly appreciated, given I was selling from a distance. As we got close to closing, there was a snag with an old mortgage. Chris was very supportive and gave me the breathing room to make my own decision. If you are thinking of buying or selling a home, you can be sure that Chris will treat you right.
Chris was great during all aspects of the adventure of house hunting - especially because it was our first time buying. He was always willing to answer my one million questions, take us to see houses during times that worked for mine and my husband’s busy work schedules, and was very knowledgeable about each house we saw. It was so great to have him as a sounding board and support as we went through the searching, negotiating, and finally closing. I am a first time home buyer, since requesting Chris’ services in my search I have had nothing but a positive experience.He is easily accessible, knowledgeable, flexible, and willing to meet at potential homes at very open hours. When inspecting the homes he is very open, and points out potential changes to make the home better suit my wants.I highly recommend if you are looking for a home, whether it be your first, or just looking to move on to bigger things I highly recommend him as a realtor.
