I had a massage from Adrian a few months ago thanks to a gift certificate I was given last Christmas. If I could afford to, I would see him every week. Our session did go a little over time because he gave me the time I needed to try to work out where I thought my pain was coming from, and I thank him for that. He let me talk the entire time and ask him questions, which I did to try to help him figure out where the origin of my neck pain was, but he seemed to know just by feel and yeah… In one session he was able to teach me the correct range of motion for my neck when I turn it to the left. He showed me how the pain and stiffness I felt when turning my head was due to chronic bad posture. It was beyond enlightening. I try to work on my posture all the time, but I never feel like I am in control of it because I’ve never had proper posture due to a sedentary upbringing.Getting my neck to turn all the way to the left without my shoulder tightening felt like some kind of spiritual miracle, like my body has been wanting to return to some some proper state of function my whole life. He showed me how what I thought was normal when I turned by head was actually my traps straining to stabilize my head and how I actually have to go against my body’s instinct to tighten my shoulders. One day when I’m not living paycheck to paycheck I will attempt to make a regular appointment with Adrian. I have had some great massages before but not like this. This was an eye opening experience I think about months later.“

She begins the class with a meditation to calm you down after a long day, postures that relieve stress in the body and mind and ends with a yoga Nidra. I always sleep better after this class! Thank you! ❤️“

“Participated in a sound bath event last night, with Eunmi, and it was awesome. It was my first time at this studio, and thought the space was great. There is one room for yoga and events, but it's large. They have tea and water in the lobby, and yoga mats are free to use. The event itself was relaxing and wonderful. I would definitely attend again.“

It's not watered down by extreme western influence and it sticks to its roots and culture. A respectful space and inclusive. They are also very accommodating to areas you want to work on. The studio is very big too.“

235 NJ-73, West Berlin“I highly recommend Reiki My Yoga. I live out of state and always schedule a visit with Sae for one of her Sound Bath Meditation sessions while I am in South Jersey. I've gone to other sessions in other places and they just don't equate. I find Sae's Sound Bath Sessions to be very soothing as she leads a guided meditation joined with the healing vibrations of the large variety of singing bowls, bells, flutes, and other calming sound waves. Visiting the Reiki My Yoga studio is a great way to center yourself, heal, and recharge your energy. <3“

“I met the owner Justin through jiu jitsu and it may be the most important connection I have ever made. My wife, son and I now do yoga weekly with Justin in the studio and it has transformed our lives and relationship as a family. The location is intimate and cozy, giving you a comfortable feeling when you walk in the door. The classes are fun and challenging but you control how challenging you want to get. I have done Yoga a bunch of times with other teachers and NONE have ever been as good as Justin, he is REAL. Since practicing yoga at Yoga Rebellion, I have seen a huge improvement in my overall mental and physical health. I have improved my flexibility, I have grown more aware of the areas in my body that need work and I have built strength. There are a million places to go to try yoga but if you want the one that is going to leave you feeling better about yourself, this is the one.“

“They have a 5:30AM class, which works great for my schedule. The teachers have been very nice each time I visited; sometimes I do slightly different variations for the poses and they were encouraging, when I was exploring my practice/ gave me helpful pointers. Overall, it’s a nice airy studio with cubbies/hangers for your personal items. Thanks for offering an early morning class and guiding my practice!“
“This studio is clean and inviting. Casey is a very attentive instructor, she really guides and makes sure your movement is correct . I highly recommend.“
