I visited this nail salon for the first time last week. These ladies did an excellent job at caring for me and my nails. My nails look exemplary. The ladies at this place take great care to run a clean and efficient nail salon. Everyone is so nice. I had a pedicure today with Yeong. She took her time, was very gentle, and did an outstanding job overall.

I have loved going to Top Art off and on for two years. I now go every two weeks to maintain my gel manicure and I love it! Moon and staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and skilled. I can't recommend it enough.Services: Pedicure
