Had SERVPRO out to address water damage in my basement. Eli and Lorenzo were very professional with explaining to me the process and did an outstanding job completing the project. Highly recommend.
We woke up to a broken pipe in the basement. Total disaster. Cynthia from servepro was out right away assessing the situation and professionally handling everything. Her patience and reassurance was needed on an other wise overwhelming day. Customer service is still alive!! She went above and beyond the next day texting me a time to coordinate the follow up. Thank you Cynthia.
Very helpful from first contact on the phone with Lauren. She got their people who were already in my area to come out for an inspection. Got a verbal estimate quickly, and set up a time for the repair. Work proceeded promptly by Cynthia and Francesco, who explained what they were going to do, and did it thoroughly. They meticulously inventoried the damaged items, and provided a listing as well as over 100 pictures. After the work was completed, the invoice was actually LESS than the estimate! How often does that happen?As a very satisfied customer, I would call them again, without reservation , if i had the misfortune to need their services. Highly recommended!
