Went to pick up my shirt today and it's still being cleaned, Dropped it off last week and they promised it would be done monday. I now i have to spend hundreds of dollars to get replacement clothes for a a formal occasion at my work place. I used them once before and while expensive, they got it done when they said it would be done. I will look for another dry cleaner because this has been a terrible experience and will cause me a lot of issues at my new job. The person on duty made every excuse in the world but none of them will make it my day better tomorrow being under dressed for something requires being in a suit.
