“I don't understand why anybody complains about this place. The girl is always kind and respectful to me and the place is never full of people which I like. I don't know why there isn't anyone in there, because compared to other nail salons this place isn't trying to gouge people for prices. I'm on a fixed income and I have to go where I can afford. I get a pedicure every other month. I wish it could be once a month, but as I said I do what I can and when the girl is done my feet look and feel really nice. The one other thing she does for me is waxes my eyebrows and it's such a good job and such a pleasure to come out looking and feeling like a human being again. My sister came with me one time and she said she wouldn't go back because the girl didn't put two coats on her toes. Oh by the way, my sister pays 10.00 MORE then I do, so she can have her double coated toe nails! I told her that was her fault because she didn't say anything to the girl about it. I don't bother with that mess so I don't care about polish. Also I get in and I get out and I REALLY LIKE THAT !!!! I hope this stinking present government's crazy economy isn't going to force this place out of business, because then I'd have to go to one of these more expensive places and my finances won't afford that. “Went in for a pedicure. I have never been left with so much dry dry on my feet as after this pedicure. I asked the tech to buff/fix it and she said I have to pay extra to get it any better. I mentioned this to man at the desk as I was frustrated, I have never had to pay to have the Skin buffed smooth, and he said I don't know why she said that. Did not inquire with her or pursue my issue further. I was clearly annoyed and the tech nor the man at the desk seemed to care. As a first time customer, I was disappointed that no one cared I was unhappy. Not sure I'll be back which is sad as this place came highly recommended. Edited: spoke to the owner who was very gracious and offered a free repeat service. I appreciate that she values my business and wanted to make it right.“
