We are so thankful for this gym and their staff. They are so welcoming to our family including my son who has Down Syndrome and who can now swim year round. Absolutely nothing but positive to say about this gym and the staff.
Great gym. Have been coming here since I was in high school and always a high quality workout- great for free weights and really equips me to focus on progressive overload and getting stronger day after day. Lovely staff as well.
