So I did an inquiry on Zillow- no answer, so called the agent’s cell which I got from the listing left two vms -no answer, I called the main office left a message on their vm no answer, I called again the next day and spoke to somone, left another message- no answer from the agent. The agent spoke to my realtor that same day and said we could tour but there was a tenant, they had a schedule that we needed to work around- no problem and said it wasn’t being used as an investment property and the tenant could move-out at any time. This office location and establishments is very much UNPROFESSIONAL agents need more training or a better profession. I’ve been through 2 agents within in this firm since March and i definitely haven’t had any luck ( STILL SEARCHING ). If you want an agent that’s actually going to take the time out and help you look elsewhere this is not the place -0 OUT OF 10 STARS

3 months of hell with this sale and finally ready to go to settlement in a few days and find out that a NJ law that has been in effect for 21 years that must be done before closing has not been handled by our realtor…settlement will be delayed again for the 4th time! This has been the worst and most stressful real estate transaction dealing with Keller Williams!
