I found it best to enter the complex where Cooper Landing Rd and Valley Run Dr intersect. The small parking lot out front fills up early, so you may choose to park in the larger parking garage (NO WORRIES - IT'S FREE!!!), like I did. As this was my first visit here, I found it easy to navigate through the hospital with help from the friendly staff. The hospital was CLEAN! It even smelled nice, not like a hospital. My doctor, Dr. Dina Halegoua-DeMarzio, is so freaking awesome. She is insightful, explaining the details of having Celiac Disease and cheating on my Gluten-Free diet has affected my liver! They do not answer the phones. When you do its pass around. Ive tried to get my prescription that i need refilled but because my doctor left. Nobody can help me and my best option is to wait until june to get in to see someone (its march) just to get my RX refilled that i need in order to not hate my life every day. Left messages to be called back. Been told they will call back....NOTHING. Thanks

The reviews below me are 100% justified for being upset, I will say that no matter what establishment you go to will not be perfect and sometimes the help you seek isn't treated more serious, however the right help is out there, where one doctor fails another will succeed. Don't give up because of a bad experience, nothing is perfect and push through for your health, if your body believes in you then believe in your body.My doctor has been very amazing helping me with my IBS journey and takes me very seriously, I have always been afraid to go to a hospital and take medications I cannot pronounce but my doctor is gentle to tell me things regarding my concerns.
