Very good experience. They brought samples to my home, which is important to see in the room it will go in. A few days later the carpet was installed very nicely and professionally. Highly recommend.

An extremely easy, flowing, stress-free experience all around. I found them by googling and chose them after reading some reviews. Glad I did! John came by a day after I made my first phone call with rug samples and to see the space needed. He made it easy, clear, and was very pleasant to work with. He even came back after hours just to show me if our wood matched the stair-nose which I really appreciated. The install was quick but done very well. My toddler was even able to sleep through it which was the cherry on top. I’m very happy with FCI and I am certain you will be too if you choose to use them.
