We have recently acquired 2, 1 year old American Pit Bull Terriers from our son. They have never been professionally groomed before. Amanda was wonderful with them… and us! Professional, and knowledgeable…. She was happy to entertain all our questions about our “new” family members! (Trust me… there were a lot!😜) Thank you Amanda….. We give you 10 stars!!⭐️
After following their protocol, I was “dismissed” as a client. There have been multiple times where I have had to reschedule, but the times were all within the allowed time besides 1. I am disappointed by this decision made by this company. For the price that is paid for this service (and additional appointments I have made at the vet to fix a few issues), I expected more out of their “customer service”. I assume they have never had to reschedule personal appointments before.
