Private practice of, Charles Fitzpatrick O.D. & Alan Siedman, OD. Routine eye exam services, contact lens fittings; as well as medical emergencies, are serviced at our practice. We also have an Optical dept within the building. Your 1-stop shop to any/all your eyeball’s needs. If walking in with an outside RX for glasses, you MUST call the office prior to your desired visit. This is merely for both the optician as well as the patient.We highly suggest that you call the earliest time possible, on the day that you hoped to stop in.The optician will be able to give you an estimated time slot of when/if there is a to come in so no one gets stuck waiting & is able to service you accordingly!
