“I only visited their office twice since new owners took over.Since then they've upgraded to do more then just a normal eye Dr's office. Once for my daughter who had pink eye and for myself where I have multiple issues going on with my eyes.The assistant who took all of my tests did a great job and was able to answer questions about all the different machines they have.The doctor was much more informative, as you would hope, when answering my questions. Also, she took the time to hear about all of my issues even though I probably told her the same thing over a few times.I'm probably going to upgrade to 5 stars after a couple more visits but I can't do it until I have more visits under my belt. “I left two reviews one raving about my first appointment being the best I ever had and the second, not so good because it took 5 weeks to get may glasses, and they did not communicate with me when I reached out as to the "why". On the last call, 5 weeks, they made good and texted me to pick-up my glasses. I picked them up the next day and they offered me a $50.00 refund for my trouble. I had to come back and state that they made things right . I am sure this was just a misunderstanding, however, I would tell them that feedback and a promise to get back to you, should be followed through. I can see now that I have my glasses so thank you to Dr. Marlee and to the male optometrist.“

“I have been using the Eye Institute at their Chestnut Hill Office. I am very pleased there. I not only get exams there, I also buy my glasses there. The glasses are sold by a separate company but opticians know their business. This time I went to their main Eye Institute office because my glasses were not sitting or closing correctly. I was able to be seen, even though it was very close to closing hours. The optician took great care of me and fixed my glasses. They now fit perfectly and I have no more fear of them not closing properly. I highly recommend the Eye Institute.“
