Cutters is a warm, friendly place to go for haircuts, spa treatments, massage, products and good advice. Rose and Gary will make you feel more like friends than clients. My whole family has gone there for years and my kids are greeted with hugs whenever they are back in Cherry Hill. Rose listens to her clients and always gives good feedback. You never feel rushed, coffee, tea and cookies are always available as well as friendly smiles.
