Almost 10 years with Sam and his team, and things started out ok. But as the years went on, professionalism seemed to disappear, communication has become NON existent, and I have now lost complete confidence in the ability of this office as a whole.
Last year, after receiving opposing information regarding my return from multiple staff members, and the horrible attitude from Sam and the amount of difficulty I had even getting in contact with him…that should’ve been my indication that there were issues within the office, but things happen and my refund was issued like normal, so against my better judgment I returned again this year.

If I could give ZERO stars believe me I would.
This place didn’t always start off as a nightmare. It was good for approx. 2-3 years with Sam and his team. Last year my taxes got “lost” in an old employees e-mail files (he terminated said employee and had NO idea our taxes weren’t done). Gave him the benefit of the doubt about that part cause sometimes sh*t happens. Once I figured this out he tells me he filed an extension. After weeks and weeks he finally did our taxes. I’m waiting and waiting and finally get a deposit which is ALL wrong just to find out he “accidentally” filed my state taxes federally. Then tells my husband he amended them. Sam is a very knowledgeable accountant. He does my business and personal returns and has proven to be thorough, responsive and reliable. I highly recommend!
