Bay Hill was highly responsive, coming out to the home within a few days of our initial contact with them. They provided detailed, easy to follow guidance as to how to prepare for the inspection. We would definitely use them again for future inspections.
The Bay Hill Environmental staff are pleasant to work with, Ryan comes and handles most of the lead inspections, he is very professional and if you call the office everyone there is so helpful and nice. They get the job done!
I reached out to Bay Hill to enquire about rental property lead inspections. Speaking to one of the owners, his wealth of knowledge was very apparent. He asked the pertinent questions and immediately steered me in the right direction. Turns out I can avoid the municipal inspections as these particular properties are exempt. One phone call saved me a tremendous amount of money. I can't express how much I appreciate the honesty. I have many other properties which I will gladly use Bay Hill to perform my inspections. They are the only company I will use.
