We inherited our contract from the previous owner when we bought our house. We can’t imagine working with any other company. Everyone is so nice, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive to concerns. They have even come out on a Saturday for an emergency call that turned out to be nothing besides new homeowner anxiety. All of the inspectors are fantastic, and the support staff in the office are beyond helpful and reassuring. Such personable staff in all departments. Perfect service. We suddenly had carpenter ants all over the house, and tiny ants in the kitchen (but we have them every spring). We have also had carpenter bees for several seasons in the shed.Exterminator was a little late arriving, but was understanding that I needed to leave him at times to take care of some things. He spent a lot of time trying to find the source of sounds coming from a wall, which I assumed were pests.He treated around our house and windows and treated for the Carpenter Bees. The next day, the ants are gone. Completely. Great service.Services: Bee extermination

I called A Bell after getting no response from another company. I had a major yellow jacket infestation in my front lawn. Chuck came out right away to do an evaluation and estimate and the job was scheduled for the next afternoon. They called early in the morning and asked if they could come earlier as they had several cancellations. We said OK and their guy came around 10:30. He treated the lawn and waited to make sure it was effective, then hit it again a few more times to be certain. The company provided a 30 day warranty in case I see more critters. I'm very pleased.
