My husband booked me a massage at this hidden gem. Tucked inside the Chatham Club second floor, Center for Relaxation and Healing was a wonderful little treat for mommy’s. I came out feeling refreshed. I fell asleep during my massage! The hour massage was so relaxing! They book by appointment so it’s so easy to be serviced. Go there they were waiting and ready for me.

One of the best massage studios I’ve ever been to. The room is incredibly calming and serene. There is also no additional surcharge for hot stones and heating pads. My massage therapist with incredibly attentive and I felt like she truly saw me and understood my needs and concerns. There is also a lovely sauna in the women’s locker room that you can relax in afterwards. It truly is a center for relaxation and healing. I can’t wait to return!

I have been going to Center for Relaxation and Healing for many years, and have seen several therapists. They are all fantastic and true experts at their craft. My aunt is a former therapist and this is the only place that she will go when she wants a massage. I always feel like a new person after my appointments!
