I was referred to postpartum health and harmony by my Doula. The office manager Courtney is incredibly professional and very helpful. The office got back to me promptly ready to schedule me for an appointment. However, I did have to wait to get on the schedule as they are quite booked. In addition to talk therapy they also have a nurse practitioner on staff for anyone who needs medication. Suzanne Chang is an incredible, compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive counselor. She is really fantastic and I owe her so much! I've also had the opportunity to meet with Elise the nurse practitioner. Elise is thorough and has great listening skills. I really felt heard and understood when speaking to her there was also no pressure to go on medication. Our interactions were very much let's have a conversation and you can do what's best for you. I meet with Suzanne virtually so even if you're not in the area, you can still work with the therapist here. I'm so glad that I found Post partum Health and Harmony!
