5 star massage, 3.5 stars for their operations. This was my first time here to get a massage (they do currently have a new client discount, but only Mon-Thurs, so that was a bummer since I came on a Saturday). Ashley O was excellent. I came in because I slept weird and my neck was hurting me to the point where it was hurting to turn it from side to side. Ashley found the points that needed work done and now my neck feels sooo much better. As far as the spa itself goes- I think they would benefit from a larger location. The lobby is quite small. We had traveled to the area and had planned on getting a massage at the spa at our hotel. Upon arrival, we were told their masseuse had quit and had not yet been replaced. Queue us looking for an alternative where we found Spavia. When I called to see about making an appointment for a couple's massage, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful! My fiance has a genetic skin condition that can make some people uncomfortable. As this would be his first massage ever, I wanted to make sure it was a pleasant experience for him. Such a great little find (deceiving storefront) and only five minutes from my house! I joined back in November, doing my first massage on my birthday! They have a great membership plan, and I love the fact that for a smaller day spa, I get a robe and a relaxation room with a warming neck pillow both before and after and there is a shower if preferred! I have had facials and massages and always leave fully relaxed!
