Dave at Smart Choice Inspections did a fantastic job with everything. Great communication and his inspection report was very thorough and detailed. I would recommend him to anyone looking to do a home inspection!
Leo and Anthony were absolutely amazing with our house inspection! They were professional, punctual, extremely knowledgable, and very friendly. They took their time looking over every single aspect of the house, with amazing technology on hand, and answering any questions we had. I appreciated the inspection report (100+ pages) being not only very thorough, but being sent back to us within 48 hours. I highly recommend this company. Thank you both again!
Brandon is a CMI, certified master inspector who was extremely thorough in his assessment of a potential property we are purchasing. He arrived early to the property to capture aerial views of the roof, identify property lines and also to gather information about the neighborhood.We opted to have an all inclusive package centered around a home inspection, radon level test, oil tank sweep, termite assessment, mechanical inspection and lead based test sampling.
