“Fantastic work! I was having problems with my roof and knew that I was in need of a new roof. I got 4 estimates from different roofing companies including them. The price was reasonable and right in between the other estimates I received . They were the only company where a secretary picked up the phone and made and appointment right away. When Michael showed up for my estimate I was very pleased he didn’t force anything on me or use any pushy sales tactics like the other guys. Michael perpared an estimate on the spot and went over each step of the installation showing me pictures so I understood what he was referring to.
I felt comfortable going forward with the new roof and a couple of weeks later they were there to start. They showed up with about 10 guys, they protected my plants and shrubs and were always cautious not to damage anything around the house. Before they started the job the project manager Chuck Burnett once again went over all the details to make sure everything was what I had chosen. They called us multiple times throughout the day to go over anything they found. They were polite and did everything they said they would do. Their clean up crew came and left my house how it was before they started. Which was something that was important for me not having to worry about it after they left.“

A week ago (Marcos) they came back out to secure a satellite wire that came lose from its original tucked position under the shingles near the repaired section of my roof; free of charge! “It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. “I needed 2 layers of roof ripped off and replaced and decided to get new gutters as well. I had gotten 6 estimates and All Professional’s was right in the middle but with the added advantage of the BBB A+ rating and GAF master elite certification. They were able to start the following week. When they took off my roof(s), unfortunately all the plywood was completely rotted but Mike immediately advised me of what he had found and showed me videos he had taken. He immediately wrote up an estimate and after my go-ahead got to work securing the extra materials and was still able to finish the job in a day. Even my neighbors commented on how impressed they were that they were able to do all of that work in a day . I had my gutters replaced as well and the finished work is very impressive looking. Now I don’t have to worry about a new roof for another 50 years hopefully! “Recently we had a sinkhole develop in our backyard. It turned out to be a long ago iron septic tank which had rusted to the point of the ground sinking. The owner, Fabio, took on the job of removing the tank. Then filling the eight foot deep hole with crushed stone and topped it off with dirt and topsoil. The job was done well. The yard was cleaned up. It was a pleasure working with IPRO. I highly recommend them.“

“John came out to do work on my chimney. He was professional and considerate of the areas he worked were protected from the pipe mess. He provided me with recommendations on replacing some of the galvanized that is exposed to the elements.I was happy how he kept me informed for an appointment timeframe. I had two other companies contact me, one never called back and the other person promised to show two days in a row and never did.
