Love this place. Its the only place where I feel comfortable leaving my Cookie. the grooming is excellent, but what I like the best is my cookie isnt put in a cage....when I get there at my scheduled time, she goes right in. When Cookie is done, Joanne calls me and I go and pick her up. I refuse to leave my dog for hours in a cage at some place....Joanne is so kind. Love her

Always on point. Very fair prices and always put the dog first. They always have great suggestions about shampoos or grooming tools even though they don't make money on it. That shows true love for what they do!

Joann has tried several times to work with my shih tzu puppy who does not like to be groomed. She was honest in telling me to seek out another groomer because she was afraid to hurt my dog.
