“You know those businesses where they make the most mundane transactions something you genuinely look forward to? Ridge Road Dry Cleaners exemplifies this type of business. The very first time I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice older lady, who I believe is probably the owner. She asked me when I needed my suit by—a great question that I have never been asked by a dry cleaner before. She engaged in some friendly small talk (very funny too, with a great sense of humor) and offered me a bottle of water and two Tootsie Rolls on my way out.

I recommend this business to every person I know, and I recommend it to you too. While I would be lying if I said I could speak to the quality of the dry cleaning itself—I’m just not well-versed in what good vs. bad looks like; it’s just something that gets done. That said, I know for a fact the level of care put into customer service has to extend to the garment cleaning itself.
