“Dr Jeff at Cedar Grove Family Chiropractic was recommended by many people in a local Facebook group I’m in. I was having some really terrible back pain toward the end of my second trimester of pregnancy. I went to Dr Jeff and he did a thorough evaluation and provided a recommended plan to help me start feeling better. I had concerns about getting adjusted while pregnant especially since my pregnancy was considered high risk, but Dr Jeff explained the techniques he uses and reassured me that it was perfectly safe. I wanted to speak to my doctors before starting treatments. I never felt any pressure from Dr Jeff and he was very understanding of my anxiousness. After my very first adjustment, I was feeling better and I never had concern for the safety of my baby/pregnancy. I continued to get adjustments multiple times per week up until my delivery and started them back up at about 8 weeks post partum. My newborn also gets weekly adjustments from Dr Jeff! The office is welcoming and relaxing. Miss Carita at the front desk is always so friendly and plays with my 2 year old when I have to bring him with me.
