Dr Jeff at Cedar Grove Family Chiropractic was recommended by many people in a local Facebook group I’m in. I was having some really terrible back pain toward the end of my second trimester of pregnancy. I went to Dr Jeff and he did a thorough evaluation and provided a recommended plan to help me start feeling better. I had concerns about getting adjusted while pregnant especially since my pregnancy was considered high risk, but Dr Jeff explained the techniques he uses and reassured me that it was perfectly safe. My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Jeff and Carita (receptionist & Mom) for the last 2.5 years and we could not be happier. As a former athlete I find his care precise, gentle, and effective. He always has good advice and tips for maintaining overall health and it's alway pleasant catching up with him and Carita. We anxiouly await our Monday AM appointments every week. Visits are always relieving, fun, and informative. Definitely a local gem.
I have so many wonderful things to say about Cedar Grove Family Chiropractic. My daughter was only two months old when she was told by her pediatrician that her head was flat and she needed to be evaluated for a helmet. I wanted a second opinion so looked into chiropractic care for her. My first visit with Dr. Jeff, he went above and beyond to go into detail about treatment and most importantly, handled my daughter with such care. I decided to do a twelve week treatment plan.
