He does a fabulous job and calls on his way to let me know his ETA as well as to see if I’m having any bug/ant issues. Within a day or two of his treatments the bugs(usually ants) are completely gone. I don’t even have to be home anymore, I gave him access to my house and totally trust him. I started my contract with them almost 7 years ago because my neighbors were roach infested and they started crawling my direction. Casey completely eliminated the issue (and thankfully they moved) so their landlord rectified the issue there as well. But even during the duration of them living next door he came every time I saw a bug and made sure my house was never infested. I can’t say enough great things about the wonderful customer service I have received over the years.“
