We recently used Closets by Design in NJ for our custom closets in 2 bedrooms, office, and garage. We worked with Julie Yadgaroff to design our dream closets and storage areas and Miguel to install them. The process was relatively painless from designing to ordering to installation. We worked with Julie to come up with a design for each room. She was very easy to work with and helpful with suggestions. She provided alternatives within our budget. Julie offered suggestions after we had settled on a design when she had an opportunity to look at the plans again she made some tweaks that turned out really nice. The process took a few weeks from ordering to installation. For the installation we had an expert handle everything from Closets by Design. Miguel was very familiar with the product and he worked with some assistants to get the job done. He was very efficient and made sure the work area was clean when he left. He was respectful of our home while doing the installation. Although there were some delays with some of the products we chose, it was easy to schedule the install once all of the pieces were in. The delays were unavoidable but Closets by Design addressed all of our issues and questions and we are really happy with the outcome. We requested that some hooks and accessories adjusted to address height concerns and they were taken care of without question. We would highly recommend Julie and Miguel.
Amazing experience with this company. First, they responded immediately to my enquiry. The representative came to my home, checked out the space and created an estimate all during the visit. Working together so she could understand my needs and be sensitive to my budget. She phoned her boss in order to accommodate my work schedule for the installation and I could not have been happier with that part of the experience. On the day of the installation, the installer arrived early and could not have been more delightful. He was completely perfect. The work was amazing, he left the place spotless, he took his time to do everything perfectly and was communicative throughout. This was easily one of the best experiences I have ever had and I am so glad I chose to work with this company. Highly recommend!
Working with Nancy Paladino was such a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable and very passionate about her job and in helping us! She was very considerate of our situation (current damage to our closet) We appreciated everything that she did for us!!
