One of the highlights of our mother daughter trip to Cape May was a visit to the Sea Spa at Congress Hall!
We were greeted in a warm and welcoming manner. We appreciate the fact that our appointment time ran like clockwork. More importantly, the quality of the deep tissue massages we received was outstanding! Our massage therapists, Laurie and Kate, were extremely professional and excellent at their craft.

The atmosphere is cool and concept is neat, however there is something missing. First of all, the hours are not clear. The website has one set of hours, Google has another, and the message on their voicemail another. The restaurant is located in the basement of the Congress Hall Hotel. Entry is through their other restaurant, The Blue Pig Tavern. The atmosphere is cool; exposed beams, old stone foundation, and dimly lit. That said, the menu is limited to pizza and salad. There is potential here but the service needs to improve.

The spa is beautiful and follows the style of Congress Hall - yet the spa area is quiet and private - away from the hotel and Tommy’s Folly. The Women's changing room was well equipped with anything you could possibly need and the steam shower was amazing. The massage and facial services were both fantastic! I got to pick my choice of music and the therapists were wonderful. I would definitely definitely book here again. Laurie did my massage and targeted the exact areas I requested - the CBD cream was a great bonus! Laurie adapted pressure to my liking and was so welcoming - it really...read full review
