My wife and I purchased a Millman Cottage in Villas, NJ and had it completely renovated so we can enjoy it with our family while at the same time putting it up on Airbnb for short-term rentals over the summer. At first, we were very hesitant about using a Designer because we thought it was not necessary and thought we could just do it ourselves... well luckily, we were VERY wrong! There were so many design options out there and so many different directions we were going in it soon became very overwhelming, so we found Jennifer from O'CONNOR HOME DESIGN and after the first consultation were very impressed with the new route the project would be taking. Jennifer asked the right questions to hone-in on a particular design that would make our property standout from the rest in having a beachy, but classy theme with a modern twist. Her proposals took into account style, comfort, functionality, and quality. Were some of the design aspects a bit more expensive than we initially planned on... "yes", but we can tell you with 100% certainty it was totally worth it, and we are extremely happy with the final outcome! Not only was Jennifer great to work with, but her team was also just as impressive... Jaime and Makayla were there to carry the torch if Jennifer was with another client and communication across the board with everyone at O'CONNOR HOME DESIGN was right on point and first class, which was a must since we lived 2 hours and 20 minutes away. Their installer, Scott was also great and performed his work with attention to detail in all his measurements and installations... he even suggested some great ideas for our place which were never even on our radar, and he helped us implement them with ease. We thought we were going to be spending a lot of time down in Villas with our family this summer, but the place came out so nice it's been booked for 90% of the summer through Airbnb, with all of our guests complimenting how beautifully designed it is... to see for yourself type in "Doc's Bunker by the Bay" on Airbnb. Again, a big 'THANK YOU" to Jennifer and her team at O'CONNOR HOME DESIGN for bringing Sarah's dream to reality! If/ when we do another property, we will definitely we using Jennifer's services again.

My wife and I had been "discussing" kitchen renovations in our home in Cape May for some time. We found ourselves going around in circles as the "discussions" became more heated. Jennifer O'Connor, arrived, looked and carefully listened, and forged a do-able project that satisfied both of our needs. Well thought out, and well designed. We would highly recommend her services.
