“Nikki was absolutely amazing & exceeded my expectations.I put myself in a bit of a predicament by procrastinating scheduling an appointment with a salon for my birthday hair transformation, and was not expecting to get my hair even so much as cut due to this time restraint I had unfortunately made for myself. My hair has always been my biggest insecurity and I truly cannot recall a time that I’ve been happy with the appearance of my hair. I needed it done by the following Tuesday in time for my birthday.I called the salon on Friday. I had fully color-corrected, cut, colored, & styled hair by Saturday evening. AMAZING. I had not been to a salon in over five years, and had never had my hair professionally colored. I had black box dye remnants in my hair, and it was overgrown, thick, & unruly. Nikki took me under her wing despite the circumstances, and even stayed after hours to finish my hair. My experience was EXCELLENT and I could not have been happier with my final result. Additionally, I could not have been happier with the pricing for the work I received. This salon is generous & inviting. My first salon experience in five years—and my first ever professional coloring experience—was one that will forever have me hooked. To say that I am grateful would be a massive understatement. Hair type: I have a lot of hair. The trouble is that it is fine and poker straight! My hair style accents the amount of hair I have not the straight and stringy-ness.

“Update : Chrise the owner reached out and was very considerate and apologetic .she gave me multiple conditioning treatments and haircuts to restore the health of my hair. I’m very grateful and learned alot from chrise as I am also in the cosmetology field and learned a lot through this experience.

I’m not one to write bad reviews or criticize others but i wish I had seen a review like this before choosing this salon. It was my first time here I met with Jess. At first I felt like we were on the same page. hours in I really started to question it.I came in at 10 am and left by 4pm and the end result was far from what I asked for . I wish she would have said something in the beginning if she wasn’t capable or comfortable with my hair goals ,instead of continuing the service and bleaching my whole hairline creating such damage. Thankfully they didn’t make me pay and she did offer for me to come back but at this point I was uncomfortable with doing so. It was an upsetting and unprofessional experience seeing them whisper in the mirror over my hair , I never saw an owner and never got an official apology except sorry I couldn’t give you your dream hair over text message . At the end of the service she asked if I wanted her to continue blow drying.she completely gave up and I left with half wet discolored hair what a disappointment it’s embarrassing.“
