I had an exceptional experience with Dave at Paragon Plumbing & Heating. From the moment he arrived for the quote, he was punctual, polite, and demonstrated a wealth of information. The price he quoted us was very fair, and the work he did was outstanding. The marksmanship is evident in the images I've attached. He replaced an old hot water heater that was having issues and replaced it with a tankless water heater that I wanted. Every detail was handled with precision and care. I will certainly be using their services again in the future. Highly recommended, go with them, you will not be disappointed one bit.

Dave came highly recommended and he did not disappoint! We have an older boiler and with that comes lots of maintenance - unfortunately certain parts were past the point of no return and we were without hot water. We reached out to Paragon immediately and Dave was so attentive and came to check out the problem very quickly. He installed a new water softener and indirect fired water heater in no time. He answered all of our questions and what I really loved is that he gave us a detailed run down of all possible options and didn't want to just throw a bandaid on it.
