This level of personalized service is rare in today's market! Justine and the whole Lattimer team were incredible to work with and made the process of selling our property so simple. A few key words to describe them would be: knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and reliable. They were there for every step of the sale, gave great advice and even helped out with some last minute issues. I wish I had more houses for them to sell!

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Jeff,Patrese and Justine are the best. Got us well above asking and was in constant communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend using Lattimer Realty (Jeff, Patrese and Justine) if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

Simply put, look no further; the Lattimers are the best! It was time for my parents to move from my childhood home of 50+ years. Prior to working with the Lattimer team, I was concerned that coordinating the sale of an older home, long distance, and from a different time zone, would not be easy.
