“I have been going to flora at hair designs for over 15 years at this point, and have always left the salon loving what she’s done to my hair. I have long and thick hair, normally not colored and she has seen me through short, very long, layered and unlayered as well as colored and highlighted and it has always looked good. I get tons of compliments and it feels better once she does her magic. She can answer questions that I have for my hair and is able to suggest products or techniques for styling especially when I get it cut differently than I am used to. Everyone at hair designs is very nice and accommodating to make and change appointments as well! We love flora!“

“I was exceedingly pleased with this salon which was recommended to me by a local. I was given an appointment promptly. I arrived a few minutes early and was warmly greeted by the owner, Ron, and the two stylists. I give high praise to Annette who colored my new "growth" perfectly, to blend in with my prior highlighted hair. She has an excellent eye for color. The price was a welcomed financial relief to what I pay for the same service at my out of town location, so I was happy to leave a good tip. I would call the shop "homey," not upscale in decor. “I have been seeing Victoria for facials for the past 2 months to help manage and fix my acne. She is professional and extremely educational when it comes to skin care. “I have a tale of sad hair. I had a very very bad cut at another salon. Apparently there was some sort of mistake and the stylist tried to fix it by giving me a bowl cut layer which was idiotic. I also asked for a face frame and I don’t think she knew how to do it. And this was a high price salon. I had two more cuts after that we’re not so hot. I found this salon searching for “specialists in long hair.” Dominque cut my hair, slowly, precisely, letting me know what she was doing. She asked questions the entire time about how I wanted it. She’d had bad haircuts in the past too. The result is a lovely cut. I have to let some mistakes grow out but now you can barely see them. I’m happier with my hair now than I’ve been in about three years.“
